A working contact address has not been established. This page will carry it when one is available; at present there is no channel here through which to send a message.

A substantive correction pinpoints a species mistaken for another, an endpoint described too broadly or a preparation given the wrong name. ## Personal medical information

Medical records, photographs of a condition and requests for individual treatment have no useful destination on an editorial site. A clinician responsible for someone's care can assess the personal circumstances that an essay cannot.
